Vegetable Stamping for Toddlers

We have had a lovely afternoon creating beautiful patterns with vegetable stamps. All you need is veggies, paint and paper.

Materials used:
non-toxic paint (also acrylic paint, for toddlers use yogurt mixed with food coloring)
brush
paper (we used the Ikea paper roll)
vegetables: (ordered from Kibsons and Barakat)
lotus root
okra
radish
baby corn
dill
eggplant peas
fresh green pepper
broccolini

Cut the okra, lotus root and radish in half and put your paint into bowls. Either use a brush to apply the paint to the vegetables or dip them into the bowls and then stamp them onto the paper.

For videos have a look at our youtube channel here.

Other vegetables that make great stamps:
carrot
potato
corn cob
fennel bulb
celery heart
